The 40/40H and 80/40H direct fired vaporizers
convert liquid LP-gas to vapor (gas) for a distribution system
or mixer. Algas-SDI's small to medium capacity direct
fired vaporizers are used on a wide variety of applications
such as crop drying, incineration, construction heating, greenhouses
and commercial baking. In applications where natural
gas is used the direct fired vaporizer can also operate in
conjunction with a mixer to provide a standby system ensuring
uninterrupted fuel flow and continued peak capacity.
- Uniform gas supply - The direct fired vaporizer provides
a steady gas supply over a broad range of temperatures,
adjusts quickly to changes in flow and has easily accessible
operational controls.
- Installation ease - Costs are minimized with Algas-SDI
vaporizers. There are only two connections required; a
liquid inlet line and vapor outlet line with no complicated
leveling.
- Sturdy construction - All weather baked enamel finish
on the cabinet gives maximum resistance and durability
to the elements and eliminates the need for a shelter.
Stainless steel flue eliminates corrosion and ensures
durability over years of use.
- Versatile - The Algas-SDI vaporizers have a self balancing
design enabling the users to increase capacity by installing
additional vaporizers in parallel to an existing system.
