Air Heat

Simple, long-lasting operation plus much lower CO emissions than other competitive air heating burners.
Eclipse AirHeat Burners are line type burners ideal for generating volume of clean, hot air. Applications include oven, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment.
All models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the burner's steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, the blower allows stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without installing a profile plate around the burner. The burner can also be ordered without a blower for use in recirculating air applications.

AirHeat Duct Units

Eclipse Duct Units are designed to produce large volumes of hot air for industrial processes such as drying, baking, or curing. Duct Units consist of an Eclipse "AH" or "RAH" AirHeat burner mounted in a duct section complete with an IRI type gas valve train. Because they are completely packaged, Duct Units are easy to install, connect and operate.

AirHeat Side Plate Assemblies

Eclipse Side Plate Assemblies consist of an industry proven Air Heat Burner pre-piped and mounted on a steel plate for easy installation in a duct wall. All supply connections and pressure taps are conveniently located on the side plate, simplifying system piping and wiring.

Side Plate Assemblies include a burner, integral pilot, ignition plug, flame rod, low fire air bypass with check valve, adjustable pilot cock, and combustion air blower.

Standard Sideplates are designed to fire horizontally with air flow from left to right when facing the gas piping. If necessary, other arrangements can be supplied.
