P-Tube Recuperative Burners

The P-Tube Burner is a radiant tube fire burner for use in P-Tubes. P-Tube Burner combines the benefits of the SER v3.0 with the surface area of a U-Tube, meaning less burners and less cost for the customer. The burners are designed to fire up to 350 KBTU/hr into a 6" or 7.5" P-Tube. The burner is self-recuperative and utilizes flue gas recirculation providing the following benefits:
Cuts fuel costs up to 50%
Higher efficiencies than U-Tube without recuperation
Better tube temperature uniformity than U-Tubes with recuperation
Lower NOX emissions than conventional recuperation
Lower system costs than multiple burner systems
Can be fired on/off, high/low, proportional, and pulse
"Jet" velocity nozzle design
Can be fitted to existing gas or electric furnaces
Eliminates hot air pipework
