LPG/Air Venturi Mixers
When LPG and air are mixed in the proper proportions, the resulting mixture
burns with the same heating characteristics as natural gas. This LPG/Air mixture
will burn through the same burner train and with the same efficiency as natural
gas. Thus, LPG/Air mixtures can be used to replace or supplement natural gas,
without orifice changes. Industrial users can take advantage of interruptible
natural gas rates from the local utility company by relying on an economical
standby mixing system from Algas-SDI. All Algas-SDI venturi mixers have 100%
turn down capability.

- Low vapor pressure safety switch prevents rich mixtures from
developing due to inadequate motive pressure.
- Two or more units can easily be operating in parallel to meet the
growing requirements of your business.
- Delivery pressures available up to 15 PSIG for propane; 8 PSIG for
100% butane.
- Few moving parts for minimum maintenance operation.
