Proportional Mixing Systems

Utility companies take advantage of large vaporizing and mixing systems from Algas-SDI to assure their customers uninterrupted supply at peak consumption, and in many cases use LPG/Air mixtures as a baseload fuel for developing areas where natural gas is planned in the future.

Blendaire LPG/Air Mixer
B3 TO B7 (16-870 MILLION BTU/HR)

  • Safely and accurately combines LPG vapor with compressed air for delivery pressures up to 150 PSIG.
  • Offers high pressure mixing to feed city utilities or supplement natural gas pipeline distribution.
  • Optional Automatic Ratio Control package works in unison with the LP4000 Calorimeter to maintain calorific value of the LPG/air mixture within a tolerance of ±2%.
  • Air actuated safety shutoff valve.
  • Smooth and rapid response to flow rate changes.
  • Class I, Div. 1, Group D requirements.
